Meet The Team
As Creative Director, Lawrence oversees the delivery of our Marketing, Operational and People Strategy.
With a significant level of experience running a Marketing Agency in Staffordshire for the past seven years, Lawrence brings a wealth of expertise to our agency and our team as we continue to grow and add value, through Marketing Strategy and Services, to our clients.
Having recently relocated to Manchester, Lawrence joined NLMA at a time where we were experiencing growth, so his expertise will take NLMA's strategic and creative output to the next level.
As a former sous Chef, Lawrence loves to cook and has a keen interest in music production, playing guitar and piano.
As an award-winning director, Ben’s previous works have received international critical acclaim – most notably for his eclectic range of short films and music videos.
With several years' experience capturing and editing high-quality video content, we know Ben’s creative input will be a huge asset in helping to bring our client’s ideas to life.
Bens creative and technical skills will add value and help take our visual pillar to the next level.
Ben is a die hard Newcastle FC fan, but don't let that put you off. He makes a mean lasagna and in his spare time he likes to watch, yep you guessed it...films.
After graduating with a first-class degree in Journalism in 2020, Rebecca has developed a colourful and varied portfolio covering everything from Copywriting and PR to Photography and Graphic Design.
As the NLMA team continues to expand, we couldn't be happier to have her on board for the journey!
Since joining the team, Rebecca has been busy working with our Creative Director, Lawrence Johnson, to enhance our Digital Marketing Strategy and refresh our Social Media Channels.
Rebecca has ran many charitable campaigns and loves her furry friends. She has a great sense of humour, which is a breath of fresh air both in the office and through the content she produces.
